M88A GRIPS

Hi, does anyone know if Tokarev grips will fit the M88A? I am looking for something in walnut or rosewood. I can't seem to find anything online but have seen custom grips made for the Tokarev pistols. Will the mounting holes in the grips line up?

  My experience with military Tokarev's, is that the grips aren't held on by screws. There is a lever arrangement that secures the grips to cutouts in the frame.

  Thanks, I kinda know that. Will they fit on a M88a?

  Only if the M88a has the recesses milled in the frame? So that the levers on the back side of the Toke grips, can be engaged?

  The M88 is a M57 with a shortened slide and frame, so I imagine the grips would fit, just a bit long.
