How are the levers joined???? Magic?

  All of them That I have removed were just friction fit between the 2 parts use plastic or bronze to pry from both sides but it may be hard to keep from scaring the frame unless you use soft tools

  Yeah, they're usually a "tongue and groove" setup where they're just pushed together inside. Remove the RH grip panel and pull/wiggle the safety and it should come out.

  I've seen two types. The most common has a "wing" on the right side lever, it swings under the right side grip panel. Remove the grip and just wiggle it off. I've also seen a few brands (Mueshke?) that use an extended disconnector pin with a slight cut that engages a lip on the front edge of the right side lever body.
