Pics rather small to tell, but look like the old Griffen & Howe; if so, will take some looking, and will be EXPENSIVE.

I agree with richarda, Griffin and Howe bases were usually held in place by three screws and two pins. The ring assembly will frequently be listed on the big internet auction. A search for Griffin & Howe should find one. Expect to pay >$150.00. The rings will be attached to the ring assembly base. They could be 7/8", 1" or 26mm.

Additional: G & H made single lever mounts (early ones) and two lever mounts. You need the two lever ones. The lever shafts fit in the two grooves running crossways in the mount. They are made to close tolerances. Two or three other manufacturers made similar mounts but none will work on your base. The ring assembly you need will have Griffin & Howe stamped in it.

I have a Griffin & Howe sidemount on a 1928 made NRA Springfield Sporter and agree the item shown looks like a G & H mount.

Some G & H mounts can go for big bucks, but most rings & the mount can be had for about $200.00 or so. Not exactly cheap, not bad considering what you get. I suppose an alternative is using a Williams side mount. Would probably cover the existing holes and work as well.

The G&H mount was three piece: the base that you show; in addition there was the mount that slid onto the base and then locked into position with levers, and then the rings which attached to the mount. I have seen rings sold separately and the base & mount as a unit, without rings; but I haven't seen the base by it self or the mount by itself; so you might have some trouble locating a mount to fit your base.
