barrel threading

Can anyone recommend a gunsmith/machinist in the phoenix area to thread the end of a stainless barrel? Also is the torque spec on an AR-10 platform barrel nut the same as the Ar15?

  I have a few barrels that I would like to get threaded what I still can. Can anyone recommend a first class shop to do this?
