arisaka 44 and 38 capatability

hello, can anyone tell me if the model 38 arisaka bolt and or stock will work with the type 44 carbine? thanks

  The bolts are interchangeable between the Type 44 Carbine, Type 38 Carbine, and the Type 38 Long Rifle.
  
  The Type 44 Carbine stock has a slot cut into it for the attached bayonet. The Type 38 Carbine stock doesn't, but is otherwise very similar.
  The Type 38 Long Rifle obviously has a longer stock than either carbine.
