i have a universale firearms 20ga o/u shotgun i need the part that gos on the forend hardwear that makes the cocking arm work it is a model 2041 [or a diagram so i can make one]

  That model isn't listed in the Blue Book, as one of the shotguns Universal imported. It's probably of either Italian or Spanish manufacture. You can tell by the proof marks, country of origin.
  
  As they have been out of business 30? years. And you don't know the actual manufacturer? Going to be rough.
