Winchester 57 scope mount
I recently acquired a Win 57 That I'd like to put a scope on due to failing eyesight. Does anyone know of a 'no drill mount' that utilizes the peep sight mounting holes and the rear sight dove tail? I know they aren't a reliable mount but I'm only planning on shooting squirrels out to 50 yds.

There WAS such a mount, made by Stith of Texas. It only took 3/4" scopes with straight front ends, and was gone by about 1960. I still see them offered for sale from time to time 0
