winchester Model 12 16GA problem
Hello I am not sure if I am in the right place or not but here is my questions I have a winchester model 12 in a 16GA when I shoot it I have a bad habit of not of not letting go of the trigger and when I pump the second round it it goes right off is that suppose to do that all my other guns even if the trigger is pulled all the way it wont go off until you pull the trigger again could there be something wrong with my gun is there a way you can make it not go off until you let go of the trigger and pull it again any help will be greatly Thanks

It is designed to function that way. A Win 97, the Ithaca 37 and the Rem 10 and 29 are the rest of the 5 pump shotguns that function that way that I know of. 0 -
Some of the older shotguns didn't have disconnectors. Without a disconnector they will fire as long as you have the trigger depressed. Keep your finger off the trigger when cycling, is the solution to your problem. 0 -
