Browning Miroku A5 Serial Numbers

Did all of the Browning Miroku A5 shotguns have a serial number stamped on the barrel to match the number on the receiver? I went to look at a Lt Twenty and it had no serial number on the barrel? I have a Sweet Sixteen made in 1992 and it does have the serial number stamped on the bottom of the barrel that matches the receiver.

Would this mean it has a replacement barrel?

What does this do to the value of the gun?
