gpal question

Has anyone ever heard, if anything at all ever happened to good ol' gpal? Last thing I remembered was giving a written statement to their local Sheriffs department but have never heard anything in 3 years or so. Just wondering if anyone got their hands slapped or if any people ever got any $$ back? Going thru some old emails and they popped up and had totally forgotten about them.
