H S precision stocks which one
I have an older Remington 700 BDL right hand standard caliber (.270) and standard barrel. It was made around 1974-75 Im looking for the plainest, lightest stock, no cheekpiece, etc. Can anybody tell me which model H S Precision stock will fit it. Their website is about as clear as mud.

You should call them. Years back they made me a "plain jane" stock for my Rem 600 in 45-350 R Mag.. To help stand the recoil they made it a blind box magazine using an ADL trigger guard and extra glass and resin in the wrist. Rifle weighs 5.25 pounds loaded, with a sling and full peeps. Most folks will only shoot it once. 0 -
steve45,
Their website (store) could use some additional verbiage for explanation...
The stock you're looking for is either the PSS009 (ADL) or the PSS010 (BDL).

Now, HS is out of stock on this model but they have -010. Many other suppliers have the ADL version in stock and for about $70.00 LESS that HS Precision.
As always be sure to check the Auction side for stocks since you can occasionally pick one up there.
