Broken Glock Extractor
Spring Cleaning my G23 today after a few failures at the range-
Removed the rear plate, caught the spring, and only the bearing and spring came out- the damn Plunger is stuck in the slide, not allowing me to remove the extractor- it's in there good- I will try to soak her in some brake away tomorrow then try again, but shy of sending to a Smith/Armorer, does anyone know how to get it out of there? I obviously need to put a while new assembly of the plunger, spring, and bearing, plus extractor, but I'm depresses now and seeking words of wisdom and experience-
Thx!

After soaking it. Massage the rear of the Glock slide with a plastic hammer or a piece of wood. Their steel, with that rust protecting finish. You're not going to hurt it, by whaling on it. Hopefully the inertia will free the plunger up? 0
