got a model 92 in 218 bee, confirmed with Cody letter. round barrel and tang sight. can you help me with price. condition about 90 to 92%

What is the serial number on your Model 92? I would like to see a copy of the Cody letter.

never mind Bert, the barrel is Douglas and the letter is faked from an original Cody letter. barrel has Douglas stamp under forend cap. lucky for me I only gave 450 for this little shooter, it started life as a 25/20, but it's a cool little rifle nonetheless. sorry for the bother

It may not be original, but it sure sounds like a fun little shootin' gun. I'd buy one for $450 too. With the tang site on it, if you get tired of it, you can part it out for at least that much, especially if the wood is decent and original.
