Winchester 62 DOB
A friend came up with a Win 62 while sorting through her uncles things after he had passed. It is a ce looking model 62. Ser #5146.
Will try to get some good photos of it this weekend to get some opinions of its value. I told her I would be interested in buying it. Being a good friend of my wife I told her I would get an independant appraisal on here of its worth & condition.
For right now she is curious of hoe old it is.

The receiver was manufactured in June of 1932 according to Schwing. 0 -
A pre-war, first year 62......sounds like a nice find. I'd guess $700 to $1000 depending on the condition.
