Posting photos from hard drive

I've just listed a gun and have pictures, but cannot download them to the listing. The instructions have gotten me nowhere. Can some one translate the instructions to plain English? I've done this many times under the old system with no problems.
Thanks in advance. FINALLY GOT IT !!!!!

  It's faster to load them to a picture hosting site like www.flickr.com
  then link em to an auction from there.
