stoeger 22 luger mag folower & button

I've almost got a spare mag for my 22 luger! I can fake the follower w/ one from a ruger mk2, but I can't find a button for it. Any ideas on how to make or fake a follower button for a stoeger 22 luger??

  These are repos in the photo. But the mag buttom is the same. Without some kind of a small lathe. Tough to make. Large diameter is the OD of the button. Then a small diameter cut that rides in the magazine channel, and retains follower in mag. Then smaller diameter that fits corresponding hole in follower.
