Grading winchester rifles
Would it be possible to post some pics of a 30% serviceable condition rifle. And possibly a few others to help as bench marks for determining condition?

Good luck getting any agreement on how to grade. To me, many factors, to include original finish remaining on metal, wood, case colors vs. blue, bore condition, dings & scrapes, flaking, tightness, alterations, features, rarity, configuration, etc, etc, all come into play.
How do you grade a rifle with 90% remaining original finish but a rusted out bore?
Or an extremely rare rifle with a nonfactory recoil pad?0 -
I can post a few of my guns, they are nothing fancy. I was hoping some one had some already graded to use as examples. 0 -
Such grading photos already exist in the blue book. Get an older used copy cheaper. 0
