doa of a s&w 39-2

i got thru some more boxes from the gunsmiths estate found this S&W model 39-2 serial number a691879 looks to be nickled with wooden grips 9mm rear sight adjustable. frount fixed. finish on frame is 80% shinny. slide is dull not as bright as frame. blued trigger safty release. finish on grips is abour 60%on left right pannel right pannel is 30% finish. would like to know what year an a ball park price thanks mike

  DOM is 1981. Nickeled guns that have had a rough life, and have the plating worn off. Have no collectors value, just a shooter. My WAG, if it's functional? $250-$350 to somebody who justs wants a reliable console, or front door gun.
