H&R shot gun

I have a single shot 12ga with a 36in. barrel that has drop in chokes with a screw on retainer. I believe it has a New England forearm stock. The serial no. starts with AZ. Any and all info. will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

  Perhaps a 3" mag model 176 with 36" tube. Never seen that kind of choke.
  Modell 158 2.75" with 36" tube.

  Thanks for your reply. I found a model number on the gun it is o88. On the barrel it is marked H&R 12ga 3" full with a p inside of a circle. The chokes do not screw in like others I have seen, the just drop in the retaining ring looks like the old stile adjustable chokes. Thanks again for your reply.
