new shotgun barrel
Just bought a Remington 1100 28 gauge that was listed as new old stock the picture show it with a 25" barrel but the gun arrived it had a 27" barrel in the box. Does this sound like an honest mistake. I wanted the shorter barrel that's why I bought new old stock vs. the newer ones.

How did you measure the barrel??? Inside or outside?? 0 -
outside, it's not the same barrel that was in the pictures because it has one more slot in the vent rib barrel 0 -

I agree with perry shooter. It could also be a honest mistake by a seller that has multiple tubes for sale. Glancing at a barrel, hard to tell a 25 from 27, maybe they just grabbed the wrong one. If you got a 18 instead of a 28 I say that wasn't an honest mistake. 0
