What is the contender 14 inch 223 twist rate?

  On the Contender the 10" Barrels were 1:10, the 12" and longer were 1:12, no matter what the twist rate is I have never had one that would shoot a bullet heavier then 55gr, keep the bullet weight under 55gr and you'll be shooting sub-moa groups, go with 62gr or heavier and you'll be shooting 6" groups
