Walther P 22 lasers

The factory laser for P22 is pricy and I noticed the laser for the PK380 is a lot cheaper so will it work on the P 22.
I read you shouldn't put the p 22 laser on the 380 because It won't stand the shock of the 380 so back to my question will the 380 laser work on the P22 and thanks
