Help With DOB and Value of Win. M25

I have a Winchester Model 25. Overall condition is 99+%, can`t tell that it has ever been fired. It comes complete factory, no redo. Has a 20" cyl. bore plain barrel. This gun is really nice. Would like to know Mfg. date and approx. worth Serial #3696X

  A non take down Model 12, made from 1949-1954, 87,937 produced, and no serial number data available. Better re-check your serial number, it has one more number than it should.

  You are right Trap...# is actually 36960. Old age is sitting in. Got an approx. value of the gun?
