Remington model 14 grade? help
Does anyone know the grade of this model 14? I've searched online but have never been able to find on that looks like it. I'm questioning if the stock is original, maybe a C grade? Any help is appreciated. Also, any idea on value? It's excellent++ condition.

The wood isn't fancy enough to be a "C" and the forearm should match the checkering style. The recoil pad doesn't look pre 1934. It also looks like the metal has been re-blued to me.
If you google "Remington model 14c" the 3rd entry has a nice picture of a c grade0 -
I say no on the reblue. If this is a reblue, then it's the best one that I've ever seen. 0 -
The last fancy C grade I examined did not have a recoil pad. 0 -
a re-stocked, re-blued m-14-a in my opinion 0 -
+1 on Mike Wiskey. ReBLUE ReStock but still a nice rifle 0
