musket nipple flash cup

I am looking for a flash cup that will fit my .58 caliber muskets. The flash from the musket caps is hard on my forward hand and I can't seem to find a flash cup that will fit the larger nipples and fit down into the recess built in the bolster for the nipple. Does anyone know of a flash cup that is built specifically for this military muzzel loaders? Stew.

  Are you talking about a US Springfield-type musket or some other type? A description would help.

  if you are inventive and have some basic tools and piece of scrap sheet copper, it is very easy to make one.

  Ted Case makes a flash cup that will fit a musket nipple, I use one on a TC Hawken. I don't know if it will fit the countours of your rifle. http://www.tdcmfg.com/

  Sorry, not enough info, I actually need three for three different rifles. Zoli made Remington Zouove, Armi Sport Enfie, and Parker Hale musketoon. I have tried to modify the ones Ted Cash makes for the standard percussion nipple but they won't fit down into the tight recess that exists on Civil War era rifles.
