Have you tried the GunBroker auctions?

Does anyone know where I could find a set of original plastic grips for Beretta Cheetah .380? The manufacture year of handguns are 1978 and 1981. Any help would be appreciated and thank you in advance.

The auction site here lists a few sets of reproductions:

The maker can apparently make them in any color you like, which is a potentially cool option.

If you search long enough, some originals will probably come up for sale eventually.

If you're OK with new or used Beretta factory grips that aren't necessarily 30+ years old, you can either get them directly from Beretta USA, or you can find some for sale reasonably priced on Ebay.
