Straightening out a post
No, not one of these posts!
I bought an odd assortment of parts for my Beretta 21A in 22LR. Who ever tried to remove the safety from the frame (cut up) tried prying it out and bent the post. There isn't a crack in it. I thought of drilling a hole into a piece of steel and tapping the post into the Before trying this I thought of asking you if there isn't a better way to do this. Well?

Make sure you aren't pounding it into a blind hole so you pound it back out from the other side. Maybe even a series of tighter holes, use a good lube too. 0
