Shipping to CA - Part deux
I have spent a lot of time on the CA DOJ website, but was unable to find the instructions for registering to ship guns to CA.
It would really be helpful if someone could post a link to the relevant page. Better yet, a sticky would benefit CA residents.
I WANT to be able to legally ship guns to CA. As a patriot, I always try to help out fellow Americans who are live under the yoke of oppression.

Unless you are a licensed firearms dealer holding a Type 01 FFL or another business FFL (Manufacturer or Importer) there is no need to register and is not possible for non dealers to register. The DOJ authorization applies only to commercial transactions between dealers and does not involve collectors or non licensees. 0
