Colt SAA 2nd click

Hammer slipped and the notch for the 2nd click broke off on my old Colt, can this be fixed ? Thanks

  Skillful folks could weld it up and recut the notch then heat treat. The easy way is a new hammer.

  Can Colt still be used, with broke?

  I think that is your loading notch. Will be a real pain to load.
