Winchester 92 if correct

Looking at a winchester model 92 for sale on this site. Listed as 20 inch barrel with half mag. Says is a carbine but looks like it has a rifle stock. No saddle ring. Says original. Not the best but in my price range. Any ideas. Thank you.

  The butt stock has been sanded pretty hard. Notice how you can see the edges of the upper and lower tang in photo 1. 32 WCF is not exactly a prison guard caliber. That is a VERY late Model 92 barrel on the gun. Do you have the serial number or a photo of the upper tang from the seller. My gut feeling is it is a put together rifle.
