Has anyone used reloader 17 in the 348 Win. with a 200 grain buttet?

  Lookin for some loading data for the 250 grain bullet in the 348 Winchester.

  I can find Reloader 7, but nothing on #17.
  I have a lot of older books with 348 information, but with more traditional powders.

  Reloader 17 is a newer powder by Alliant, burn rate between 15 and 19, designated for the short magnum cartridges running at relatively high pressures. As such I wouldn't expect it to work very well in a 348 Win which has a large bore to case capacity ratio and lower operating pressures. As noted by WD there is loading data for the 348 with Rl 7.

  stick with published data for your 348 as you wouldn't want to mess up a good thing
