ar 15 gasblock with valve

Is there a gasblock for the Ar 15 with a shutoff valve like there is with some SKS? This would allow the switch from semiautomatic to straightpull action and would be useful in a suppressed 300 blackout.

  It is 3-position:
  
  ON, OFF, SUPPRESSED
  
  The gas port will require tuning to run open and suppressed.

  thanks guys.
  I think the noveske with a LAR OPS 4 side charging upper in 300 blackout would make a great combination.
