I bet Conetrol still makes them in the Dap-Tar series for assorted integral base cuts.

The Leupold rimfire ring is said to fit 3/8" or 13mm dovetails, I might give it a try on the BSA.

Bring the bolt not quite all the way back, then push forward on the trigger, and pull out bolt WHILE holding the trigger forward (takes three hands).

Look around the web for Parker Hale "Roll Off" rings.

I have a couple of BSA's. On the .222, richardas method of removing the bolt works fine. But with the .30/06, I have to slide a small (5/32 or so) Allen wrench into the left receiver lug race with the bolt partially back. That binds the sear in the down position and, since the sear doubles as the bolt stop, the bolt will then come out.
