Does anyone know if Springfield Armory still makes/repairs their scopes? I bought a GEN 2 Gov model years ago and has been a great scope but now its not holding zero at all. I left them an email but who knows if they will get back to me. Thanks

I have one also. My gun shop said No and No when I asked those questions. I will not swear that to be true. That is what I was told.

SA Inc has never made their own scopes; they have always contracted for them, & to different companies. No way to tell who made a given scope. Never known for high quality.

Thanks for the info NMYERS. I found that Springfield Armory uses or recommends ABO(USA)Inc. to work on their scopes. So I sent it off with the $65 and hope it is something simple. Otherwise Im out a decent scope.
