INLINE BLACK POWDER SCOPE BASE(S)

I have a M97 .50 cal. inline black powder Rifle "made in China" and imported by Norinco. Receiver is round top with scope base threaded holes .875 inch on center. Weaver 20A scope base line up with this spacing. I want to put Ironsighter type base(s) on. Does this hole spacing match American made round top inline muzzleloaders? Or did the Chinese do something different here?

  I would contact the customer service folks at Brownell's. They maintain a very extensive inventory of bases/rings etc.
  
  .875 would be 7/8" of an inch in our English measurement. Sounds like the Chinese set it up specifically for our mounts. Rather than their metric dimensions.

  Closest metric dimension would be 22 millimeter. This is something like .010 under .875. Might be that is the dimension, that the Chinese actually used, rather than our 7/8". You might ask Brownell's about that?
