FOUND AMMO
A couple of years ago, I had a "257 deer season". I usually hunt with several rifles over the course of the season and that year was the year of the 25 caliber--257Wby 25/06, and 257 Roberts. When the season was over, apparently I boxed up all my leftover ammo and put it away. Last year I could only find a handful of 257Roberts and had to break open a new box of Wby. Yesterday, was moving some stuff and happened to open an unmarked ammo can just to see what was in it. Ta-Da. 100 rounds of 25/06 handloads, 60 rounds of 257Wby, and 45 rounds of 257 Roberts. Yippy!!
This was going to be the year of the 30 cal(300 AAC,7.62x39, 308, and 30/06) but not any more(well, maybe just test the 300 on a couple of meat deer before the Grandsons need to use it).
