recipe needed for .223 IMR 8208XBR powder

I am in need of a good load for the .223. Using a 55gr. bullet, IMR 8208XBR powder, and Wolf small rifle MAGNUM primers. I bought the magnum primers when nothing else was available. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

  They show one load with a 55 gr bullet in a 223 using that powder.
  
  Tons of listing discussing the loads and use if you google "imr 8208 xbr 223 load data"

  Do what you normally do when working up a load.
  
  I will tell you that I have a great load for my AR using that powder, but it is close to max. I worked up to it.
  
  The best part is that it seems to be extremely insensitive to temperature....shooting to the same POI at 20 degrees as it does at 80 degrees.
