Extended shell holders

Does anyone make one that accepts the standard shell holders? That is both the extended shell holder and a standard shell holder would be needed for use.

  I think standard shell holder's are too large on the OD to fit inside the 7/8-14 threaded hole that the dies fit into.

  Babun, that's exactly what I asked about! 3/4" inch + a standard shell holder will bring the shell very close to the bottom of the die hole in a press.

  You're 100% right. Standard shell holder's are too large on the OD to fit inside the 7/8-14 threaded hole that the dies fit into. Originally didn't think it was needed. An hour later, I figured it out. Some calibers are just too short (e.g. think .380 acp) that the die bottom won't reach the bottom of the die hole in the press. Darn, the cartridge specific extended shell holder are still needed!
