Nearly 30 years ago now, I had a Sten gun that was a shooter. With permission from the principal, my 12 yr.old son took it to school for show and tell(around Rememberance Day)no ammo though. It was a historical military object. Had I kept it and had it registered as a prohibited firearm when that law came in, I could still shoot it at a range today.

It was either registered or illegal 30 yrs ago. If it were purchased and registered like every other machine gun prior to 1986 it would be legal. 0 -
