My take on it is that the health sciences have advanced enough to keep folks that are experiencing these "diseases" alive whereas just 50 years ago many would have died at birth.

Correlate kids with peanut allergies to premature births. Same with Autism and premature. Most of those kids would not have lived 50 years ago.

I know several (not folks who are on this forum) and will discuss it with them.

    Did you read the article?

How many people do you know in the last few years that have these mentioned diseases?

I know nothing about growing wheat so I'll just say with the low prices I hear wheat farmers get I find it hard to believe using an expensive product like Roundup would leave any profit for them.

    CaptFUN,

Do please feel free to pick this article apart (and the references provided at the bottom) as I would really like to know more about this subject.

I was not aware that you had ever told me to not post outside of Politics.

I started working on the family farm at age 12 and farming on my own since 1964 and can think of only one time applying rdup before harvesting wheat...and that was when it was new and cheap and spring weather caused a real problem...last year my tenet had a huge flush of weeds and grass after a dry winter and spring but he hired a Shelbourne stripper head that took out the grain and left everything else standing to be put later in round bales... bonus feed crop with average of over 4 round bales per acre...conventional or routine to spray maturing wheat....NOT in my experience

"BTW ~ Monsanto Roundup is just a milder version of Monsanto Agent Orange, the defoliant sprayed in South East Asia and has caused the death of many of our military heros that served there during the Vietnam War."

    THAT IS INCORRECT--Glyphosate (Roundup)is a different product.

The thing is, when you feed animals the same processed foods humans eat, they tend to get the same illnessess listed in red by the op.

I don't think you can prove that statement by any accepted research protocol.

My comment was based on various peoples' pets who are regularly fed table scraps ~ instead of expensive "off the shelf" cat/dog food.

That's the kind of "scientific research" that started the entire fallacy of GMO products causing harm.
