It will be interesting how this plays out.
A few years back a Guy was charged with assault on a Police Officer because He shot the Police Dog But a Judge that takes His Oath seriously ruled the Dog was not a Sworn Officer but a Piece of Police Equipment no different than the Officers Flash Light so the charges had to be dropped. I wonder if the Guys Attorney will dig this up.

Oh I thought this was a story from very nearby. A woman finds a nutcase fully assaulting her dog, outside and shouting fully crazy statements. He advances after she made it to her car, for the mag, to put in her gun. She shoots, into the ground, and he goes back to the dog. She is worried about charges for shooting and authorities are unsure if they will.

Great, they posted a story and showed the young W. freak. He claimed to be antiChrist while romancing the bewildered pup. They are not going to arrest her or seize her permit and all and any firearms/ ammo/ brass/ powder/ (if applicable) firearm magazines / firearm magazines [:)] etc.
