Ice is 24"+ thick and they are selling a lot of auger extensions[;)] Anyone here tried those propane canister operated augers?

  Yep. I am on my 3rd season with the Pro4. I would not consider anything else! The only problems I had was frozen bottle under -35F air temps (should not even try fishing in that temp!) and a leaking fuel line- easy fix.
