New forum moderator

I want to welcome FrancF, a long time moderator in General Discussion, to the position of moderator in the Gulf War forum. Franc offered to step in and fill a vacancy in this forum and his willingness to take on additional duties is appreciated by all of the Gun Broker Administrators.
