High pressure relining is a touchy procedure, few shops will do it.
What do you really want to do?

The barrel is shot out, I'll check on the auction side for barrels,

In most cases, it is not worth the cost to have a Model 94 barrel relined... you can buy a different gun with a decent bore for the same (or less) money.

Is the barrel really shot out, or is it just packed with lead fouling? They will look, and act the same.

I know one top notch reliner but he declines to do carbines and rarely does rifle round barrels.

I'll go with a replacement model 94 barrel instead of relining for the safety factor due to the carbine's thin barrel. Replacement barrel plus gunsmith charges would be equivalent in cost too. Check out barrel prices on ebay, gun parts companies, etc.
