    The rear sight is adjustable for windage.

    If this is what it looks like? My WAG, is the serrated wheel has to be loosened. So that the rear sight can be moved. Than tightened after the correct windage is obtained.
    Interesting sight, never seen one similar? All the other .22's., to adjust windage. You hit the sight(s) with a brass punch. To move them in the dovetails.
