No it does not.
Depending on the age of the gun, it might be chambered for .32 Long Colt or .32 New Police which is the same as .32 S&W Long.
.32 ACP stands for Automatic Colt Pistol and while it will sometimes headspace on the semi-rim in a revolver it is not reliable and amounts to an overload for these older revolvers.0 -
Or, it might be chambered for .32 Colt-which is an altogether different (and obsolete) cartridge. Don't use .32 acp. 0 -
