bushnell sight

just picked up a rifle with a 1x MP red/green t-dot sight ...the sight knob on the left side on/off..red/green is hard to turn ...any ideas how to loosen it up without screwing it up???? drop of teflon liquid, wd-40....have other scopes with this knob & turns easy

  Personally I wouldn't screw with it,( It's quite a expensive sight ). Send it back to Bushnell. When they were still back in CA. I sent a 30 year old spotting scope back to them. And they fixed it up. Don't recall at this late date. What if any, they charged me?
