Perhaps an older double o/u cut down on both ends and with screw in choke tubes.
I once had a 20 H&R single 20 gauge, was a real pleasure to carry.0 -
>>youth model semi auto LH shotgun. 20GA
Any shotgun can be rendered into a "youth" model by cutting down the stock to appropriate length, or (if available) swapping out the stock for a "youth" one.
Although not specifically left-handed, many normal right handed shotguns are also perfectly amenable to left-handed use with zero or minimal modifications.
To answer the question:
Benelli M2 is available in 20g lefty.
Berettas aren't "true" lefties, but you can reverse the safety and shim the stock for lefty cast. These are available in 20g in various models.
Winchester 1400 is discontinued, but was available in 20g/lefty. . .check the used marketplace. Ditto for Remington 1100.
Mentioned above, Legacy sports offers a 20g lefty youth model.
I'm sure there are others. If you're willing to go to a non semiauto, you get many other choices.0 -
Another option is an Ithaca 37. These are bottom eject, so not really right or left-handed. The safety can be changed to a left-hand if you can find an old Williams left-handed safety for it. There are lots of 37's on the auction side. 0
