1918 Luger - Collector Gun or Shooter?

I know little about the 1918 Lugers but here are pictures of what appears to me to be an original gun. All serial numbers match except magazine which I understand is rarely a match. Any thought on whether this is a shooter or collector gun is appreciated and any thoughts on value as well.

  Reblued and the grips savagely attacked by Bubba.
  
  Is the barrel numbered or marked at all?

  Shooter ---- if there is no corrosion on the breech block face & the bore.
  
  Not only has it been reblued, it was poorly buffed over a pitted surface.

  I dont believe BUBBA did the grips I think they are Swiss or aftermarket to look like swiss but for sure NOT a collector grade

  Matching, it's a bit of both.
  Shoot it, but don't abuse it. Find some good grips too.

  I can't see a serial number on the barrel. That plus the barrel shows no rust pits as does the rest of the metal on the gun makes me believe it is a replacement barrel.
  
  It only a shooter for certain.

  Replacement grips, barrel and heavy handed buff & reblue
  Shooter if bore is any good.
