Looks like a Model 506. If I remember my Italian proof marks correctly: X indicated a start date of 1954 so by adding five years (V) we arrive at a 1959 proof date. Standard velocity is recommended in all of these little Italian autos.

    Triple K, lists grips.

Lead round nose solids. Blunt nose H-P's, have a tendency jam.

I would guess that it would sell in the $100-150 range. Finding replacement imitation ivory grips for a gun not imported since 1968 will be quite difficult.

Just enter Galesi in the search window. Lots of parts. These are well made little guns stopped by the '68 GCA.

I got a later ('67) .25 by Soc Galesi I've had over 40 years. It always works.

Excellent information found here. Am really trying to find exact replacements but know that doesn't always work. Will be able to search better now with all the valuable facts you gave us.
    Thanks.

All the Galesi parts from Bob's are genuine Galesi parts. They have model 506 grips listed at the link I supplied.
